Workbizz – End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store

Welcome to the Workbizz app. By downloading and using this app, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of the App
The Workbizz app enables companies and contractors to find each other for construction projects and tasks. Through the app, users can:

• Create an account and company profile

• Upload images and documents

• Send messages and chat with other users

• Match projects with contractors

The App may only be used for activities related to Workbizz. Use for competing services is not permitted.

2. Subscriptions
Workbizz offers a paid subscription called Workbizz Pro:

• Duration: 1 month

• Price: 1,870 DKK per month

• The subscription provides access to Pro features in the app

• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled via the app or workbizz.dk

3. Account and User Data
To use the app, you must create an account with your company information (e.g., company name, CVR, email, and phone). This information is used to:

• Enable contact between users

• Facilitate matching of projects and contractors

You are responsible for keeping your login information safe.
Workbizz processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The app integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, and Google Services, which may process data according to their own policies.

4. License and Restrictions
Workbizz grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App.

You may not:

• Hack, copy, modify, or disrupt the App

• Resell, transfer, or share your subscription with others

5. Limitation of Liability
Workbizz is responsible for the App’s functionality but cannot be held liable for:

• Errors, interruptions, or data loss caused by user actions

• Actions performed by other users

• Business losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the App

Workbizz does not replace insurance or financial responsibility in case of accidents or disputes.

6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Workbizz Pro subscription via the App or workbizz.dk.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

7. Termination and Suspension
Workbizz may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the App, violate this EULA, or break applicable laws.
You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Changes to the EULA
Workbizz may update this EULA at any time.
Changes will be notified in the App or via email. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled in Danish courts.
